Victoria aims to translate the most recent scientific research on nutrition and health into practical and realistic advice to help you reach your dietary goal. Victoria has worked with the Carbs and Cals team on developing visual recipe books to support dietary changes. Books include Salads, Soups and their latest Very Low Calorie Recipes and Meals. She was responsible for developing and testing new recipes and text writing.
